**Finance Administrator**

**International Fire Training Centre, Darlington, DL2**

**Full Time, 37.5 Hours, Permanent**

**£22,718- £26,988 (DOE)**

Serco are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator join our team at the International Fire Training Centre. The main purpose of this appointment is to ensure sales invoices are generated accurately and promptly, close out payment and approval queries with suppliers and Provide support on credit control as required.

**Responsibilities of the role**
- Raise sales invoices accurately and promptly (rate card and incidental quotations)
- Maintain pricing records.
- Manage supplier payment queries and processes.
- Generate purchase/limit orders.
- Collate information relating to payroll processing including associated administration.
- Support MYcard users with allocations.
- Engage with SSC for incidental queries on sales and purchase ledger.
- Undertake credit control as required.
- Provide information to the finance team to enable compliant and accurate reporting each month (e.g. deferred income, unbilled and pipeline bookings).
- Stock check bar
- Manage payments on payment terminals (PDQ)
- Cash up for collections
- Support Business Manager where required and reasonable.

**What I need to do the role?**
- Previous finance experience.
- Knowledge of SAP
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Preferred knowledge of Resourcelink
- Organised and great attention to detail.
