Working 16 hours a week as a Finance Administrator, you will utilise your skillset within a healthcare environment as you turn your hand to everything finance admin-related, including assisting with the management of petty cash, managing the purchase order processing system and much more

As a Finance Administration, you will be the go-to person in ensuring all purchase invoices are paid on time and will liaise with suppliers and heads of departments regarding invoice queries and authorisations. You will be given full training

**Your responsibilities will include**
- Responding to expenses queries
- Dealing with invoice queries, liaising with suppliers
- Ordering goods and services
- Covering the issuing and reconciliation of petty cash
- Reconciling and banking cash
- Responsible for credit card transactions
- Credit card, P.O., banking, shop and patient property
- To cover and complete ad-hoc duties as required

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of EXCEL, SAGE and Outlook would be an advantage
- You will be confident when handling cash and when setting up and dealing with online accounts such as Amazon and TFL
- GCSE certificate, Grade C or above in English and Mathematics, or equivalent
- AAT level 2 (Desirable), or willingness to work towards a qualification
- Accuracy, efficiency, timeliness, and diligence are displayed in the accomplishment of all assigned duties with a minimum of direct supervision.
