We are seeking a Visual Merchandising Coordinator to provide support in planning, communicating and executing global activations. This role assists in the curation of environments that engage, surprise and delight our shoppers and consumers.

The Visual Merchandising Coordinator is responsible for developing the tools that each market requires to execute all marketing activations.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Supports the development of store communication content, directives and guidelines
- Owns the VM Library for markets, Fixture log, Floor Plans, Store photos, POS library, VM Guidelines, display rollouts
- Works cross functionally with Marketing Communications, Regional Marketing and Retail Operations
- Acts as a visual merchandising contact for store teams
- Identifies, tools, processes and opportunities to drive communication efficiencies across markets and teams
- Provides support to the Senior Visual Merchandising Manager
- Active and visible member of LEGO Retail Marketing and Experience team

The LEGO Retail Experience & Marketing team brings the LEGO Retail strategy to life for shoppers and consumers.

Supporting the Senior Visual Merchandising Manager, this role is key to provide assistance to the Visual Merchandising communication process and executions across all markets.

**Do you have what it takes?**
- Proven experience within visual merchandising and/or store operations
- Experience with driving consistency with engaging and on-brand visual merchandising solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and superior creative skills (written, visual, and conceptual)
- Excellent working knowledge of the MS Office Suite;
- Calm and flexible approach, ability to manage multiple projects; and thrives in a global, fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent organization and attention to detail skills
- Problem solver, resourceful, ambitious, and proactive
- A strong knowledge of visual merchandising best practices for retail
- Exceptional ability to cultivate relationships across business functions
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop and/or InDesign a plus
