- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and design preferences.
- Create designs that meet the client's expectations and objectives, while adhering to brand guidelines and industry standards.
- Design website pages, layouts, and user interfaces that are visually appealing and easy to use.
- Create and edit graphics, illustrations, and other visual content that aligns with the design objectives.
- Work with the development team to ensure that the website is fully functional and optimized for speed and performance.
- Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure that the website is error-free and meets all requirements.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and make recommendations for improvements to our design process and tools.
- Ability to research and understand the client's industry, target audience, and unique selling points and create designs that effectively communicate the client's business value to its customers.
- Work closely with the client and the design team to ensure that the designs align with the overall branding and marketing objectives.
- Continuously iterate on the designs based on feedback from the client and the design team to ensure that the final product is of the highest quality and meets the client's expectations.
- Possess experience with new illustration tools such as Canva, as well as proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in web design and illustration.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design and illustration skills, including other creative design work such as pamphlets, banners, print ads, brochures, etc.
- Possess experience with new illustration tools such as Canva, as well as proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
