We are looking for an experienced administrator to join a year long pilot project aimed at helping improve access to health and social care for homeless people who attend the hospital Trust.

A dedicated team has been set up, featuring a specialist GP, dedicated homelessness nurse, a housing specialist from charity Porchlight, a local council worker and an administrator.

The administrator will be supported and managed via the All Age Safeguarding team who provide support, advice, guidance and training to all staff across the Trust. This post will be based at QEQM hospital but expected to work Trust wide. A secondment from EKHUFT member of staff would be considered
- To provide a comprehensive administrative service to the Homeless Pilot team
- To deal proactively with correspondence, telephone calls, referrals and other forms of communication on behalf of the team, liaising with other offices/organisations/service users to collect and exchange information
- Operate and maintain the central systems and processes for storage and archiving used by the Homeless team
