Hungry and determined individual required to perform an upfront lettings role and convert viewings in to deals.

**Roles**- Registering Applicants- Booking and conductingviewings- Provide written andverbal viewing feedback to Landlords- Building rapport withLandlords- Negotiating andputting forward offers by written and verbal means- Running the toutingsystem in a quick efficient manner- Updating the LandlordDirectory with new leads- Calling through theLandlord Directory and trying to secure valuations- Matching propertiesand undergoing call rounds- Devising marketingmaterial and assisting in marketing campaigns- Keeping the shop windowupdated- Booking Valuations

**Hours**

Monday to Friday 9am to 6.00pm
1 out of 2 Saturdays
28 days holiday including bankholidays
