Tempus Recruitment is a leading veterinary specific recruitment agency, dedicated to connecting veterinary professionals with rewarding opportunities across the globe.

Due to continued growth, Tempus Recruitment are seeking a recruitment assistant to support our US team. Reporting into our US Recruitment Manager, you will not only provide administration support, but also assist in sourcing new veterinary positions across the country.
- Uploading/updating job adverts on the company website
- Utilise various channels such as job boards, social media and industry-specific websites
- Calling veterinary hospitals across the US to source new jobs
- Sorting large sets of data on Microsoft Excel
- Updating our CRM system with any changes required
- Any other tasks as directed by the leadership team
- Have good communication skills both written and verbal
- Have great attention to detail
- Be well organised
- Understanding of basics using Microsoft Excel
- 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) + your birthday off and extra time over the xmas period when the office is closed.

We have recently moved into larger office space in the centre of Newton Abbot, which allows for easy access via car, bus, or train Our office is open plan, with separate space for a fully equipped kitchen, meeting room, and break room. The role will be office based for the first 6 months, after which you will be provided with the option to work from home one day a week.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: Up to £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
