Oscar Technology are working with market-leading technology firm, supporting their search for a Product Owner that will own one of their market-leading Enterprise-scale products.

The role would own a Cloud hosted B2B platform, delivering a technical roadmap, whilst working with a Business Analyst, who will support a lot of discovery work, cross-functional engineering teams and also working with a UX function.

Their Customer Products division are about 2.5 years into a journey to scale their Product function, that is maturing both their approach to Scrum, but also UX. As such, this role would collaborate with UX to help understand User & Service pain points, ultimately shaping products that aligns to Customer needs.

One of Europe's leading Telecoms technology companies, over the last few years, that have been developing a range of customer products that are aiding their rapid transition into a product-led business.

Our client are making massive in-roads by selling increasing into the European markets, alongside an already impressive UK client list, ranging from FTSE 100's to SME's. In addition to the communications products that they have developed, they have also acquired other business that develop products that compliment the platforms that they provide, and also are aligned in terms of providing User & Customer-focused products, which continues to be a rarity in the B2B product space

They have performed extremely well over the last 2 years, in spite of the challenges of Covid, Brexit & a looming recession.

You will joined a division that has a number of other Product Owners, Business Analysts, Engineers, QA and UX functions, organised into squads.

**About you**

You will have previous experience as a Product Owner, with a good knowledge of delivering complex software products or platforms. You will be have experience of working with software engineers, the patience to understand that delivering a UX-led strategy takes time to mature and the personal skills to influence & inspire others.

Good knowledge of Scrum, setting up & managing backlogs, with knowledge aligning roadmaps & visions are imperative.
