The role

**Design Draughtsperson will take responsibility for**:
Generate 3D and 2D CAD drawings for existing equipment.

Provide engineering drawings and specifications for manufacturing and assembly.

Develop conceptual designs for automated production plant equipment.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, design management, and project management, to ensure alignment with project goals.

What you need
It is ESSENTIAL for the successful Design Draughtsperson to have the following:
Previous experience with AutoCAD.

Proficiency in working with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing standards.

2+ Mechanical Design Engineer in an Engineering/Manufacturing setting.

**Other DESIRABLE skills include**:
Experience in a wide variety of Conveyor, Process Equipment or Mechanical handling projects.

What is on offer
Salary ranges from £35,000 to £45,000, with a 40-hour workweek and annual leave increasing to 27 days (years of service).
