**Job description**

Full-Time Nursery Assistant required to work 40 hours over a 4 day week.

To adhere to the policies and procedures, engage in positive interaction with children to build confidence and self esteem. To carry out observation on the children on a daily basis. To be involved in planning, risk assessments and staff meetings. Ensure safety and the well being of the children in your care. To communicate with parents and other professionals and to assist children in their daily activities.

Essential - NVQ Level 2 in Child Care, good communication skills, ability to work as a team and also on own initiative and enjoy being with children and an interest in child development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: £9.00-£10.60 per hour

Expected hours: 37 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
