A successful Plant Hire company in London are currently looking for a new Workshop Foreman to join their team

Job Title: Workshop Foreman

**Salary**: £40k-£45k - 1 in 4 Saturdays paid at time & a half

**Job Type**: Full Time, Permanent. 7am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday overtime available as and when required. 1 in 4 Saturday's are on a rota basis 7am to 12pm.

Location: London

Due to continued growth within the business, my client has an opportunity for a Workshop Foreman. As a Workshop Foreman you will be overseeing the day to day running of Hire Team Fitters & will report directly to the Workshop Manager.

**You will be required to do the following**:

- Manage the Fitters within your remit of the Workshop
- Adapt & overcome faults and assist team members if needs be to diagnose issues.
- Support the Workshop Manager with all H&S requirements.
- Inspect and check all Plant Attachments so that they are fit for Hire.

To be successful in this role we are ideally looking for someone who has Attachment Hire knowledge and NVQ Level 2 Plant Maintenance although if you have other qualifications, these can be taken into consideration.
