My Client, is looking to recruit a Warehouse Supervisor for their modern site in Melksham near Bath.

Main overview of role:
The successful Warehouse Supervisor will be 'hands on' and will be responsible for managing a small Cold Store team ensuring an efficient and cost-effective warehouse operation. Where required food safety and quality checks are to be completed in accordance with training given, company policy and BRC standards.

Warehouse Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

- Control Goods in procedure, unload with FTL
- Use ERP system to manage warehousing operation
- Oversee the Goods Out procedure, load containers
- Ensure warehouse runs to optimum levels
- Look at ways of continuous improvement
- Manage stock and monthly stock takes
- Ensure food safety and H&S standards are maintained in the warehouse

Key Skills:

- Previous warehouse supervisory skills in a food or drink environment
- Must have a counterbalance Fork Lift License
- PC skills / ERP skills
- Basic food hygiene skills
