**Job Description**:
You will play a key role in enhancing the progress and accomplishments of our investments currently being set up in Mexico. We are on the look out for a dynamic and motivated Sub Project Leader to join us at the Glenrothes plant. You will significantly champion our team in this project ensuring effortless coordination of several initiatives.

**Your key responsibilities have been stated below**:

- Managing the project entailing budget, time schedule, quality, safety, and compliance.
- Accountability for ensuring safe and superior delivery of new machinery.
- Ensuring a well-planned schedule and implementation of the project anticipating any trends and managing costs.
- Overseeing project change orders, scope changes and progress.
- Organising and arranging team meetings, capturing accurate and detailed meeting minutes and project data on relevant systems.
- Actively communicating with internal and external customers.

**Qualifications**:
**To excel, you would require**:

- A minimum of Five years’ experience in leading a project.
- Good knowledge of investment in machinery and equipment.
- Problem solver with a creative mindset, willing to detect areas for improvement and providing innovative solutions to enhance the effectiveness of the team.
- Handling significant project budgets and multiple projects concurrently.
- Competent at motivating and mentoring and open to travel worldwide.

You will be working 37 hours per week with the possibility of one day work from home. This is a temporary full-time position for a period of 12 months.
