This is an exciting opportunity to join our team on a part time basis (2 days per week) at our lovely office in Kings Road, Kingston, KT2.

**Duties**
- Register and qualify applicants on our CRM system
- Arrange valuations for clients and manage the office diary
- Conduct viewings in a professional manner
- Negotiate offers
- Provide regular feedback to clients
- Progress sales and lettings through to completion keeping all parties updated and communication recorded
- Provide administrative support
- Assist with marketing efforts
- Assist with organising/arranging contractors and keys
- Hold a UK Driving Licence and own car
- Have outstanding and polite communication skills
- Highly organised and excellent written communication skills
- Self motivated and a can do attitude/approach
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Previous office experience is preferred but not essential as we will provide full training
