Dental Receptionist

We are looking to appoint a new full time Dental Receptionist experienced in customer care to our team. We will want you to be able to respond to new patient enquiries as well as care for the needs of existing patients who return regularly to our well respected, independent Dental Practice in Leamington Spa.

You are:

- Passionate about providing a first-class customer service experience
- Able to demonstrate sales ability and quickly build trust and rapport with a wide range of people
- Amazingly well organised and you always follow-up on requests
- An excellent communicator, both verbally (including a positive and friendly phone manner) and in writing
- An excellent listener with an empathic approach to customers and potential clients
- A positive/”can-do”, problem-solving type of person
- Ability to juggle several tasks at once, whilst still providing seamless customer service and support to clients
