**Your Role**

As an International Sales Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in our global operations, acting as a bridge between our brands and customers around the world. Your responsibilities will include communicating with customers in their local language, processing orders, tracking progress, arranging shipping, and ensuring accurate export documentation. You'll be a frontline problem solver, answering customer queries and addressing complaints with the utmost professionalism. Your expertise will support our Export Sales Manager and Group International Sales Manager, driving success through proactive product suggestions that cater to the unique needs of each customer.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Fluent communication in a European language is advantageous.
- Knowledge of computerized supply chain functions.
- Product knowledge is a plus, with training provided.
- Strong understanding of the business, particularly in Customer Service.
- Exceptional communication and telephone skills.
- Proficiency in Export documentation and the accuracy of completing them.
