**1st Line IT School Support Technician - Education** - **Chesham**

A growing Technology Services Provider are looking for a 1st Line IT School Support Technician to work in a designated school in Chesham. You will be working alongside a Senior IT Support Technician with the opportunity to learn 2nd/3rd Line technologies.This is a great opportunity to enhance your knowledge in the IT world whilst contributing to the IT support of a school.

The IT School Support Technician will need to be DBS checked to work across the different school sites. As the successful IT support technician, you will need to have knowledge in Windows operating systems and how they work in a local area network environment.

**Key Skills the 1st Line IT School Support Technician will have**:

- At least one year 1st line IT support experience
- Previous school IT support experience is beneficial
- Basic networking experience
- Excellent experience with Office 365 and Active Directory
- Proficient with Windows Servers
- Ability to explain technical terms and situations to non-technical people

The 1st Line IT School Support Technician will be at the same school 5 days a week. This could be potenitally 4 days with the other day having the opportunity to shadow 3rd line engineers and learn new technologies.

This is a great opportunity to flex your technical skillset in providing solutions to improve the day to day running of networks across the schools and enhance user experience through new and existing technologies.
