Job Description: Multi Trades - Plumber / Bathroom Fitter

Location: Faringdon, SN7

Pay: £22 per hour

Working Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Duration: 2 weeks

About the Role:

- Stand-alone job working on a singular site, a 10-bedroom hostel/HMO
- Responsible for replacing the kitchen and refurbishing shared spaces
- Involved in both internal and external redecorations

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping
- Fit and assemble bathroom fixtures, such as sinks, toilets, showers, and baths
- Detect and resolve plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, or pipe damage
- Ensure proper functioning and water flow in all plumbing installations
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete the project efficiently and effectively

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a plumber/bathroom fitter, with knowledge of plumbing systems and installations
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with plumbing tools, equipment, and materials
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues
- Availability to work for the full duration of the project (2 weeks)
