An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join a market-leading business based in Littlehampton.

You will be part of a growing team, working alongside fellow HR Advisors and report to the HR Manager. This role will be responsible for providing a comprehensive, effective and professional HR advice to managers and employees across the group.

**Duties will include**:
In this role, you will proactively support the team of Business Partners and managers directly, with the delivery of various HR responsibilities:
Advise, guide, and manage a variety of employee relations matters, working with managers at various levels

Support internal Business Partners with key strategic projects

Support internal Business Partners with organisational development activity

Manage recruitment campaigns from scoping requirements through to interview and offer

Work closely with our learning and development team to provide additional value to managers

Be a point of contact for HR related queries with managers, delivering a proactive and flexible service

Support business with Employment Law updates

Creation and maintenance of HR policy and processes

Provide analysis and commentary for monthly and quarterly HR metric reports

Ensure best practice and compliance with all company procedures, policies, and legislation

Build and develop good working relationships with managers

Support HR Advisor and HR Administrators

You will be a fantastic communicator with a good track of rapport building and the ability to positively challenge and influence where appropriate.
