We are currently seeking a reliable, hard-working Depot Supervisor to join our team based in the Cheshire Depot. Working as part of the depot-based operations team, you will be supporting our depot operations by preparing our customers fleet of hire / sale equipment.

You will be responsible for all asset preparation including loading vehicles (where appropriate) and completing any supporting paperwork, which will result in an asset that is fit for delivery and is aligned to WTS standards. You will carry out your duties whilst adhering to and helping to achieve our HSE initiatives. All activities are to be undertaken in a safe and professional manner.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Driver & Vehicle management
- Pressure/ steam clean plant
- small repairs to equipment,
- Prepare pre Delivery checks
- occasional driving /towing for Holiday cover
- Completion of all asset cleaning & preparation activities,
- identifying damage to the relevant personal in the central office where appropriate
- Maintain Records of any works completed (PDI etc.) and any supporting processes.
- Key Areas Asset operation and manoeuvring Asset Inspection and Preparation
- Vehicle Loading

Any other ad hoc duties

**Skills/Knowledge**:

- Ability to work on own initiative
- Planning and organising
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the job (prolonged physical exertions, including lifting, pushing, pulling and climbing).
- Ability to work overtime, weekends if required.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Good written and verbal communication skills to be able to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers.
- Waste industry experience, a plus.
- Additional skills may be required to perform additional task(s) specific to work location, department, or line of business.

Occasional driving will be required so a full clean license required for this position.

B+E preferred to allow towing of equipment.
