**IT Managed Service - Business Trainer**

A new opportunity for an experienced training professional to join a business at the start of an industry changing journey. The business has been created to help establish a network of IT

Managed Service Providers across the UK. Each Service Provider will be a business, operating under a well-known global brand to our approved operating principles. This is not a technical role but an understanding of technology and how it can be applied is useful. Appreciation of business processes, industry standard PSA (Professional Services Automation) tools and end to end sales process would be advantageous.

The role requires the trainer to create and deliver start up business training to entrepreneurs to assist them on their journey in creating best in class IT Managed Service businesses and first class customer service. As we are in launch mode some of the training materials and delivery techniques will need designing and creating from scratch.

The trainer will be responsible for the in life optimisation of the education program and the delivery operating model. Working across the business, this role will ensure consistency and quality of the service delivered to our business operators and end user customers.

**REQUIREMENT**

To create a training program and collateral for startup managed service businesses.

To deliver business training to successful entrepreneurs.

To contribute to an Operations Manual that best describes how to deliver the managed service.

Work with the business, the global brand, the operating businesses, and suppliers to implement standard operating procedures.

Continue to appraise and re-assess training requirements to optimize them for in life efficiency.

Assist with the training and roll-out of new processes across the business estate.

At least 4 years experience of working in a sales focussed, customer-centric, managed service environment.

needs to operate and drive a virtual team of stakeholders to achieve a clear understanding of actions and objectives both within the business and across the business network.

The office is located in Welwyn Garden City so easy commutable access is required.

**PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE.**

The role would suit someone with previous experience in business or IT training. This role will be highly hands-on and engaged with the operating businesses so a good communicator in both written and verbal mediums will be essential. Having worked with customers and suppliers you would have experience in discussing business processes and enabling those with systems and behaviours.

**SKILLS**

Understanding of general IT business solutions.

Knowledge of business administration concepts such as quote processes, sales processes, procurement, and finance. Note - this is not a finance role.

Good use of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Understanding of how to use SharePoint & Teams to collaborate.

A full driving license as national travel will be required.
