**Tasks and responsibilities**
- Planning, organising and coordinating transport activities.
- Informing drivers or subcontractors about transport details (loading/unloading goods etc).
- Verifying/checking drivers activity truck position.
- Using in house transport management system to monitor and update the progress of each transport.
- Monitoring the general performance and utilisation of the trucks.

This role involves interaction with drivers, sub-contractors and colleagues from our offices throughout Europe. You’ll need to be able to multitask and be accurate in verifying, informing and providing operational solutions.

**Hours of work consists of a rotating shift pattern**:
Monday to Friday 07:00hrs - 16:00hrs

Monday to Friday 08:00hrs to 17:00hrs

Monday to Friday 10:00hrs to 19:00hrs

We are looking for an organised person with a strong motivation to work in transport with the following skills:

- Office experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal & external parties
- Strong IT skills
- Good geographical knowledge
