**We are looking for**:
**Programme Leader - Hair and Beauty (Commercial Faculty)**

**£41,770 - £43,024 - Full-Time**

**The Role**:
You will be involved in designing and delivering a curriculum that is based on the ever changing needs of the Hair and Beauty sector and that develop the right knowledge, skills and behaviours of our students to enable them to achieve and secure a career or higher education in their chosen field. You will also engage with local employers to support with continued curriculum development and work experience / placement opportunities.

If you are passionate about sharing your knowledge and skills, developing and leading a team of outstanding tutors and have a strong track record of providing outstanding teaching and learning opportunities within a career focussed curriculum, then this is the ideal job for you

You will need to be organised, innovative, a strong performance manager and have the drive to further grow our links with key employers.

You should hold relevant occupational qualifications, have lead quality assurance experience and a recognised Assessor and IQA awards.
