This leader is a skilled, dedicated and caring professional who enjoys the satisfaction of a job well done and excels in a fast-paced environment. He or she will be responsible for managing a team of housekeepers, ensuring that all areas are kept tidy at all times and that guests' needs are met. This position requires a hands on approach where you will be required to implement standards and have a great attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take pride in your work and ensure that all cleaning and housekeeping standards are met.
- Maintain a safe working environment for both employees and customers.
- Ensure the safety of equipment, furniture, and tools by performing routine maintenance and inspection.
- Ensure that all cleaning and housekeeping standards are met by following a detailed cleaning schedule and ensuring that all work is completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain a safe working environment for both employees and customers.
- Supervise the housekeeping staff.
- Make sure all cleaning goals are met.
- Write reports.
- Adhere to company policy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brodick: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- housekeeping supervision: 2 years (preferred)
