**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate Freight Movements: Manage and oversee the logistics of freight movements from multiple suppliers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Develop Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with shipping forwarders to enhance collaboration and streamline communication.
- Load Scheduling and Documentation: Schedule and organize loads, while meticulously processing all relevant documentation to facilitate smooth operations.
- Cost Saving Initiatives: Review and identify opportunities for cost-saving within the supply chain process, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Full Import Process Management: Take ownership of the entire import process, from planning to execution, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing timelines.

**Requirements**:

- Shipping Experience: Demonstrable experience in the shipping industry, with a strong understanding of import processes.
- Freight Forwarding Expertise: Proven track record in freight forwarding, showcasing comprehensive knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
