**As a** Management Information Specialist **your main responsibilities would be**:
The Resource Support Manager role sits with the HR Talent Acquisition team and will be responsible for the following:

- Assisting with the day to day running of the Applicant Tracking System
- Assistance with the upgrade and further development of the second iteration of the Applicant Tracking System
- Providing resourcing management information and utilising such systems as Power BI and the ability to export and manipulate data into resourcing dashboards.
- Planning bulk recruitment
**You’ll have relevant experience in**:

- Understanding and viewing data/ ideally using Power BI
- Good level of understanding of how to gather and present Management Information
- Good level of understanding of an applicant tracking system
- Understanding of MS Project to help manage a portfolio of Bulk Recruitment activity
**Desirables**
- Performance Management with the understanding of HR (Is an advantage)
- An understanding of recruitment processes and timelines( would be an advantage
- Please be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas._
