**Job Title**: IT Trainer
**Location**: Spalding, Lincolnshire
**Salary**: £25,000 - £35,000 DOE
**Job Summary**
We are recruiting for an experienced IT Trainer to join a leading Law firm in Spalding, Lincolnshire. This is a great opportunity for an individual to work in a professional and challenging environment, providing IT training to the firm's staff and assistingthe IT Support Team with operations when required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing training to staff on the firm's IT systems and software
- Designing and delivering engaging training sessions
- Setting up and troubleshooting hardware and software
- Developing training materials, such as manuals and presentations
- Analysing training needs and requirements
- Evaluating the impact of training programs
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest IT technologies
- Assisting with IT operations, as and when required

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience within IT Industry
- Previous experience within the Law Industry and knowledge of Legal Applications is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to design and develop engaging training materials
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
