Are you an insurance Account Handler with knowledge of commercial products, seeking a new opportunity?
If so, NJR Recruitment are delighted to be supporting an established, independent insurance brokerage in their recruitment of a Commercial Account Handler to join their team on the Wirral.

THE ROLE:
As Account Handler, you will be responsible for processing renewals, mid-term adjustments, quotations and new business on an existing book of business across an array of insurance products, delivering an outstanding service at all times.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Handling renewals and mid-term adjustments, across mixed lines.
- Liaising with clients and insurers on a daily basis.
- Providing a high quality service and ensuring the appropriate level of cover is provided to meet client insurance needs.
- Chasing client for documentation and ensuring policy documents are checked to a high level of accuracy.
- Responding to queries from clients and insurers.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Will have proven insurance broking experience, preferably with knowledge and experience across a range of commercial products.
- Knowledge of Acturis or Open GI systems would be beneficial.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
- A self-driven individual with an intuitive mindset, able to interrogate and probe where necessary.
