**The role**

It has the following main responsibilities;
- Prepare, research and initiate marketing content for the home ownership social media platforms and website pages
- To undertake pre sale viewings of new homes for potential customers
- Handover new homes to customers once they move in and prepare and provide them with electronic handover documentation
- Setting up new customers on our housing management system
- To work with both internal and external customers

**What we need**

For this role you’ll need to have the following skills and experience;
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to plan and prioritise work, meet targets and deadlines
- Knowledge of QL housing system or similar
- Strong Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and good experience of telephony systems such as Teams and Skype
