**Main Responsibilities**:
Using questions to discuss and record key check areas for new starters, in order to ensure that the post on boarding experience has been positive;
- Has induction been completed
- Have they met their line manager
- Pay accuracy / on time
- Understand supervision
- Induction, met with line manager and was their first pay accurate and received on time
- Liaise with internal departments and Service Managers to resolve employee issues and close the loop
- Understand the requirements of new joiners in various roles across the group
- Collate data and report feedback monthly to build stories of the ‘New Starter Journey’
- Identify local, regional and divisional trends
- Build positive and engaging relationships with employees
- Take personal responsibility for making appropriate decisions for with mínimal supervision
- Support and follow up on any failures
- Escalate queries where required
- Data Management within the HR/Payroll system
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Knowledge & Experience**
- Have reasonable understanding of payroll and HR processes - Desirable
- Experience of working with a HR/Payroll system - Desirable
- Worked in an HR or Administration team previously - Desirable
- Engaging and personable
- Advanced relationship management skills
- Supportive and efficient
- A strong solutions provider
- Diligent and conscientious in the accuracy of their work
- Self-motivated with strong organization skills
- Ability to operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment and able to work under pressure
- Adaptable and a quick learner
