**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and manage administrative tasks, including document management, data entry, and record keeping.
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate suppliers to provide effective communication and coordination of our service delivery.
- Prepare and distribute reports and relevant documents as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Provide on-call rota duties
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or operations role is preferred.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle challenges proactively.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with team members, suppliers and clients.
