Our expert Money Advice team are looking for someone to join them for the next 12 months and it’s an opportunity that doesn’t come up very often.

If you have expert knowledge of the benefits system, can quickly identify options to help customers to improve their finances and want to work on a team dedicated to making a difference to customers and their lives this could be the job for you

At a time when customers face difficult financial turmoil you will be part of a team that will work to minimise crisis and you will be working for a company that really cares about and wants you to enjoy coming to work every day
- Have proven experience of providing ‘front line’ advice on income maximisation and welfare benefits, and have previous experience of interviewing people about their financial issues
- Be able to demonstrate expert level knowledge of benefit legislation and regulations, including representation in challenging benefit decisions
- Be able to effectively manage a demanding workload, ensuring a consistent approach, continuing to provide high quality advice and ensuring performance targets are met
- Be a great team player, with a can-do attitude and a strong work ethic
- Have a full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle for work purposes
