The post holder will be responsible for providing a customer orientated reception service and clerical support to the operational and clinical team in the Hammersmith & Fulham Centres For Health. This is to include, accurately registering and updating details onto the hospital databases and Planned Care medical system (SystmOne) and assisting in any enquiries from internal or external agencies.
