Adecco are delighted to be supporting our client in the search for a **Manufacturing Quality Engineer** based in **Thatcham**, working **Monday
- Friday 7am through to 4pm with an early finish on Fridays at 1pm** The role is paying **£28-32,000** dependant on experience including some **fantastic benefits** such as onsite parking and 25 days holiday excluding bank holidays.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update the Quality manual to comply with ISO9001 standards.
- Conduct and coordinate warranty repairs when required.
- Support customer services by providing technical interface with customers when required.
- Process Non-Conformance procedure.
- Investigate problems and find practical solutions
- Provide updates of all manufacturing process risk assessments
- Assist NPI coordination, material suppliers and process methods.
- Raise and process ECN's
- Manage Audits Internally and Supply chain.
- Managing goods in and out.
- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with H&S, COSHH and environmental regulations.
- Conduct / coordinate H&S Audits, provide Risk Assessments where necessary.

**Not essential but would benefit**:

- Familiar with PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC.
- HSE and COSHH regulations
- Process Instruction documentation creation.
- Document Control, BOM Generation & MRP.
- Lean Manufacturing methodology.
