Experienced Glass Processor

**Who are we?**

Performance Glass Processing Ltd are a manufacturer of high-quality double-glazed units and processor of fire rated and acoustic glass products servicing customers across the whole of the UK.

**Job Role**

The purpose of the role is to support and to compliment our well established and hard-working team. We are looking for people with previous experience in handling and processing glass across multiple disciplines. This is a permanent full-time position with varied roles which will require flexibility and a cross sections of skills throughout the working day.

**Due to operational growth across multiple departments we are looking for team members with the following skills. Multiple of the below would be advantageous**:

- Manufacture of Double-Glazed units.
- IGU Line - End to end.
- Hand sealing IGU’s (hotmelt and 2-part silicone)
- Float and Laminate Glass cutting.
- Running of the Straight-Line Edger to high quality finish.
- Other cross over skills such as spray painting, setting out, masking are desirable.

In keeping with all our team members, there will be a requirement to keep the factory clean and tidy, prepare goods for dispatch.

**Other Information**

We are looking at a start date as soon as possible.

Must have own safety boots.

**Salary**: Wage negotiable depending on experience.

Glass processing is a potentially hazardous environment, and safety must take priority when working with stock and cut sized glass.

**Salary**: £10.50-£14.00 per hour
