We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Small Works Coordinator to join our Head Office team in Sheffield.

Clear Line are a specialist façade installation and remediation Principal Contractor with over 25 years’ experience in the industry. We specialise in the design, supply, installation, refurbishment, and maintenance of curtain walling & cladding.

**Job Title**: Small Works Coordinator

**Job Type**: Full-time, permanent. Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, 37.5h per week

**Location**: Rawson Spring Way, Sheffield, S6 1PG

**Salary**: £30,000 DOE

The Small Works Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the planning, execution, and completion of various small-scale construction projects. This individual will actively engage with clients, manage work permits and oversee the preparation of Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS). A resilient and adaptable professional, the Small Works Coordinator thrives in dynamic business environments, consistently demonstrating flexibility to accommodate evolving project requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with Senior Team to understand project scope, goals, and objectives.
- Develop project plans and schedules for small-scale construction projects, considering resource allocation, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Identify and procure required materials, equipment and labour for each project.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor resource utilisation and adjust plans as necessary to optimise efficiency.
- Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, schedules, and change orders.
- Prepare comprehensive Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS) to ensure safe and effective project execution.
- Coordinate and manage work permit, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in construction project coordination or a similar role.
- Excellent organisational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in organizing work permits and preparing RAMS.
- Resilient nature with a problem-solving attitude to overcome challenges.
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting project priorities and requirements.
