**About the Role**:
As a Project Coordinator, you will support the operational team in the successful delivery of our energy projects. You will be a critical part of the team focused on ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will assist in coordinating various projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all project requirements are met and that stakeholders are kept informed. No previous experience is required, and full training will be provided.

As a member of the Gensource team, you will be a representative of the company and expected to champion the company values at all times.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and coordinating project activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Support the operations team with project documentation, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project files and documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations.
- Support in risk management and issue resolution processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and health & safety regulations.

**Requirements**:
Essential:

- Attention to detail and diligent approach to all areas of their work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong initiative, resilience and ability to thrive in fast paced and uncertain situations.
- Problem solving skills.
- Confidence in communicating with individuals and companies in all situations.
- Aptitude and interest for energy and sustainability
- Willingness to learn and further their own professional development.
- Standard Microsoft office and IT proficiency

Desirable:

- Knowledge of renewable energy technologies
- Previous study or work experience relating to project management
- Previous experience in construction or renewable energy industries
- Experience in coordinating projects or administrative support roles
- Familiarity with project management software and tools
- Full Driving license
