**Junior BIM Coordinator/Technician at Multidisciplinary Architecture Studio**

A leading multidisciplinary architecture studio with a heritage of design excellence and innovation is seeking a Junior BIM Coordinator/Technician to join their teams in London, this is a great entry role to begin a career as a BIM specialist.

This role offers the unique opportunity to support the Design Teams with the technical aspects of their daily tasks, focusing on content creation, modelling, and the automation of views and sheets creation. As a Junior BIM Coordinator/Technician, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting Revit-related issues and providing personalized training, ensuring the smooth operation of our BIM environment across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities include working on Revit models by creating both parametric and non-parametric content, automating repetitive tasks, running Dynamo scripts, and providing one-on-one and team mentoring on best practice workflows. You will be an integral part of a team that values collaboration, innovation, and the continuous advancement of BIM methodologies.

To thrive in this role, you should have advanced technical skills in Revit Architecture, specialized in 3D modelling and parametrization, and be familiar with Microsoft products, especially the MS Office pack. Experience working in a BIM environment on multi-disciplinary design projects, along with knowledge in Dynamo, API, Python Script, Power BI, Rhino, will set you apart but it is only a passion and experience dabbling for these softwares which is needed.

An architectural background and a keen interest in BIM methodology are essential, as are excellent communication, organization, and personal skills.
