Yard Supervisor

Alongside this, you will supervise and control the yard function, ensuring you and your team provide a courteous, responsive and safe service. You will be the friendly face of the business, offering customers great service whilst ensuring they are served and loaded, that their requirements are met and that they are well supported. Your role will require you to not only focus of yourself, but to ensure the whole yard team offer the same high-level service.

In this busy and fast paced environment, you will work with all departments using your knowledge and expertise to provide advice and support about the products and services that we offer. You will liaise closely with transport to ensure all loads are picked and delivered accurately and on time in full. You will also give support to management in the day to day running of the yard.

In return, we offer 30 days annual leave a year (inclusive of Bank Holidays) with that rising to 33 days a year once you have completed a years’ service.
