**Hours**:Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

We're looking for an exceptional Administrator to join our growing business, where you'll be deeply involved in all aspects of the recruitment process. Reporting to our Operations Manager, you'll provide administrative and customer support to the sales andoperations functions in a fast paced and busy niche financial services recruitment business.

**Responsibilities for the position ofRecruitment Administrator**
- You'll be on hand to provide admin support to our team as and when required. This might be formatting CV's, making ad-hoc calls for them, gaining references, or processing temporary worker documentation. When it's needed, you'll be determined to supportthem.
- You'll get involved in advertising job vacancies across our website and different recruitment and social platforms when required.
- You'll be challenged and encouraged to contribute to the improvement of existing processes and the business, valuing the insight from the key role you'll perform.
- You'll act as the go to person for the office upkeep and health and safety, ensuring adequate levels of good coffee and biscuits are maintained.
- You'll adhere to deadlines and be transparent in communicating expectations to the rest of the team.
- You'll assist our L&D function in scheduling training sessions and managing course enrolment and at times provide training to the rest of the team.

**Experience required for the position ofRecruitment Administrator**
- Solid track record in providing administrative and customer support within a team environment
- Experience of dealing with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
- Database/CRM experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work to set processes and procedures
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to contribute towards process improvements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Responds positively to change
- Excellent IT skills using Microsoft Office
