Our client is a firm of independent financial advisors with access to the whole of the UK’s financial services market providing solutions to their clients. Our client offers the following key services;
- wealth creation, wealth protection, wealth management and wealth preservation.

With offices in Glasgow City Centre.

**About this opportunity**

We are looking for an experienced Administrator within the Financial Services market responsible for your own client bank providing start to finish administration duties for pensions and investments.

**What you will do**
- Prepare and issue client valuations for review meetings
- Ensure clients in correct risk aligned portfolio
- Calculate fund switches to move to updated portfolios
- Calculate CGT liability
- Action all client admin requests either from the from the client or the adviser.
- Research existing investments including plan information and charges
- Liaising with clients and providers to gather above information
- Manage workload and chase where required
- Drafting Recommendation reports for new business
- Drafting Recommendation report for DC transfers and investment transfer and consolidation
- Collate all paperwork, sending to clients and providers

**You will bring**
- Demonstratable experience as an Administrator within the Financial Services sector.
- Pensions and Investments experience.
- IO for adding client and plan information.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- Financial services: 1 year (preferred)
- investment and pensions: 1 year (preferred)
