Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting a Supply Chain Manager for a c£25m t/o business with on going plans to double turnover in the next 3 years.
This company is engaged in the fabrication and manufacture of building products.
As the Supply Chain Manager you will lead and drive the deployment of strategic cost saving initiatives across the supply chain operations. Integrating with stakeholders at all levels to review the right planning strategy to drive forecast demand, planningmaterials, production schedules and inventory control to dispatch that meets the OTD to customer.
The Supply Chain Manager in Halifax area will:
*Define and improve supply chain strategies at business
*Work with allocated key suppliers to improve contractual deliver targets & OTIF
*Work with allocated key suppliers on quality statistics to target levels
*Communicate across group and site MD's change management initiatives
*Present to senior leaders in specific; S&OP Planning, Inventory, Production space and on cross functional teams on how purchasing contributes to overall strategy
*Assist in the continuous development of the Supply Chain function towards best practice
*Identify and deliver value-adding opportunities from the supply chain
*Manage industry standards of compliance, ensuring and improving capabilities to comply with external and internal standards and regulations
What we're looking for:
*Experience in Strategy Development
*Excellent interpersonal skills - both written and verbal
*Preferred experience in a multi-disciplined and national company
*Experience working within engineering, manufacturing other relative environment

**Salary**:
*£45,000 - £55,000 pension, holiday, bonus
