**Job Description: e-Commerce Assistant/Admin**

We are a family run business in Wolverhampton. Central Electrical Contracts Ltd is the parent company and we have two sister companies Lighting R Us and Central Electrical Appliances.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Performing administrative duties including managing inventory levels, creating product listings, monitor existing products, monitor and delete discontinued products.
- Assisting colleague to ensure Lighting R Us & CEA website is accessible with constant improvements/problem solving.
- Update and Improve Central Electrical Contracts Website.
- Process/refund orders & returns
- Pay Per Click advertising including Google Shopping,
- Social Media Management including content creation for social media accounts.
- Generate new website traffic from social media outlets.
- Keep up with changes in online marketing and make recommendations for improvements.
- Monitor website analytics data and make recommendations for web traffic improvement.

**Skills**:

- Experience in customer service
- Knowledge of e-commerce.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Experience**:

- Excel (CSV Files)
- WordPress
- WooCommerce
- Basic to medium graphic design experience (Photoshop/Canva)

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-30 per week

**Salary**: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
