£27,500.00 pa with a £3000.00 bonus opportunity.

Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00 (40 hours per week)

**The role...**
- Process and review all warranty claims, including extended warranty, according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Verify claim accuracy and ensure all necessary documentation is attached.
- Liaise with manufacturer and extended warranty to obtain approvals and track claim progress.
- Negotiate and resolve claim discrepancies with manufacturers.
- Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims and associated costs.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer policies and assist with warranty audits.
- Stay updated on warranty policies & procedures.

**What you'll need to succeed...**

1. Knowledge of automotive industry

2. Preferred but not essential previous warranty experience.

3. Ability to work quickly & accurately with detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,500.00-£30,500.00 per year
