**About Our Client**:
Our client is a well-established Facilities Management business, based in Chester. With several hundreds of employees, they maintain a strong presence in the market and are known for their commitment to quality service and a high standard of professionalism.

The Finance Assistant will be responsible for:

- Supporting the finance team in maintaining and updating financial records
- Processing purchase invoices
- Statement reconciliations
- Preparing payment runs
- Raising sales invoices
- Allocating cash
- Bank reconciliations
- Query resolution
- Financial administration

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful Finance Assistant should have:

- A proven track record within a similar role
- AAT L2 or above (desirable)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work well in a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
