**Role Purpose**:
As the Staffing Manager, you will be a leader of the operations team and will work in close collaboration with our Service Managers to continually improve all operational processes and drive activity to support the business growth. You will manage the mobilisationfunction, ensuring that there are systems and processes in place for safe and efficient deployment of our clinical workforce.

**About the role**:
As the Staffing Manager of the operations team, you are responsible for driving the implementation of new services and delivering a consistently high-quality operational service within existing contracts. Upon successful award of a new clinical contract,you are required work alongside the Service Manager and Senior Service Manager to manage the project implementation process to ensure that there is a consistent approach taken across all NHS contracts. A key element of your role is also to have managerialoversight of the mobilisation function. This includes managing the tools and processes for allocating the clinical workforce according to the skill requirements of each contract.
**Responsibilities**:
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation including project risks, issues, actions, costs, schedules and other related artefacts and ensuring these are documented and tracked
- Engage on a regular basis with the project stakeholders and act as a point of contact, ensuring broad awareness by communicating project status to all participants
- Coordinate the internal operations team to understand the service integration needs of each NHS client
- Assist in the management of multiple, simultaneous projects with different NHS clients
- Manage the mobilisation function within the business. Developing and delivering a training module for each new member of the mobilisation team and line manage a team of Mobilisation Coordinators.
- Track and report Key performance indicators (KPIs) across both the project implementation and mobilisation business functions
- Ensuring all contracts are adequately resourced and clients are informed in good timing
- Play a lead role in the Business Continuity Planning
- Cost awareness and management across operational activity
- Working in close collaboration with the compliance team to ensure activity can be fulfilled.
- Support the Head of Resourcing & Operations as directed in carrying out other functions deemed necessary to further the aims and objectives of the Operations team
