Receptionist - Dartmouth - £23,721

A Receptionist/ Front Office Porter is required for a successful contract catering business which is based in Dartmouth. The role involves being the first point of contact for clients and visitors and ensuring a safe and secure environment. The successful Receptionist will work a 42 hour week on a rota basis, 4 shifts on, 4 shifts off, either on a 7am-7pm shift or a 7pm-7am.

Your main responsibilities on the Reception team will include:

- Provide an efficient Reception service to clients and visitors
- Handling client enquiries ensuring a professional service
- Monitoring the alarm systems
- Issue and monitor site keys
- Handle cash and ensure efficient payments, including cashing up
- Face-to-face customer interaction
- Ensure full compliance with emergency services
- Administration duties
- Being the first and all important first impression of the business

What you need to be successful in getting the Receptionist role:

- Experience of working on Reception
- Security focused
- Confident interpersonal skills
- Pro-active and organised nature
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
- IT Literate
