Kingswood Group are pleased to be working with a large private organisation, based in Billericay to support with the recruitment of a Recruitment Resourcer on a 6 month contract basis.

This is a busy role working for a growing business where you will support the wider Internal Recruitment team.

Duties to include:

- Write job adverts and advertise vacancies
- Produce recruitment MI
- Work closely with the wider Internal Recruitment team, providing support at all stages of the recruitment process

Experience required:

- Previous recruitment experience gained either in an agency or in-house environment in a resourcing capacity or similar
- Experience of volume recruitment
- ATS knowledge
- Essential ? valid UK driving licence
