We are currently seeking a conscientious and diligent** **Night Housekeeping Attendant,** with great attention to detail to join our Accommodation Services team. The shift pattern for this role is 10pm to 6am, working 5 from 7 days.

The on target earning potential for this role is £29,947 / annual salary based on a 37.5 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £25,447, plus a qualified estimate of £4,500 in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards.

**Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role**:

- Ensuring all public areas, spa and leisure facilities, meeting and conference rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest possible standard
- Regularly checking our carpets, upholstery and furniture, making sure they’re in perfect condition; proactively reporting any maintenance, repair or specialist cleaning requirements
- Replenishing all amenities in our public and back of house restrooms
- Cleaning the pool and spa areas with the designated, specialist cleaning products and always using the appropriate machinery for each task
- Assisting in high level and heavy-duty deep cleaning on a regular basis
- Maintaining tidy and clear back landings and staff staircases at all times
- Providing your colleagues with a thorough handover, with the Night Housekeeping Supervisor, at the end of each shift
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations, playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way

**The kind of person **we're looking for**:

- Ideally, you'll have previous experience within a similar role though full training is offered; you'll also be available to work a flexible schedule
- Excellent personal presentation, hygiene and grooming standards are all second nature to you
- Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
- You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
- A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
