Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Glamping Host, you will be the first and last point of contact for guests during their stay. You will assist them with any enquires they may have and provide them with all the relevant inforamtion they require for their WILD adventure

Day to day this role will include:

- Meeting and greeting guests as they enter the Glamping site
- Guiding guests to their rooms or tents and helping with luggage, if needed
- Dealing with guest problems, complaints and compliments and passing on relevant information to the Team Leader or Manager
- Providing guests with knowledge of room types, facilities and locations within the resort

Qualifications & Experience:
All we need you to come with is the right positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment, and be able to deliver a ROARsome experience to our Guests

For Night shifts, please note you have to be over the age of 18.

Pay Range: Compensation between GBP £9.22/Hr.GBP £11.44/Hr.
